During the summer of 2006 Ron Ewert, Michael Kloss, Margaret Taylor and I worked as a collaborative group that hosted monthly art shows each following a specific theme in the vacant space known as "The Lot" in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood. These shows existed as one-night happenings that tested not only the physical boundaries of an open air vacant space, but also our interaction with the public surrounding. The venue offered great opportunity for installation and performance work due to its layout and transitory attendance. The shows included are "Shrine Show", "Slow Moving Things", "Fake Blood" and "Lost".
